II. Working principle
1. Dual-axis synchronization: Two spindles (usually the main spindle and the secondary spindle) rotate synchronously through the CNC system, clamp the workpiece together, and achieve strong cutting.
2. Linkage control: The movement of the two axes is coordinated through the CNC program (such as simultaneous feeding and rotation) to complete the processing of complex curved surfaces or large-sized workpieces.
3. Heavy-duty load: Rigid structure and high-power drive are used to ensure stability when processing large/heavy workpieces.
The core is: two-axis coordinated motion + CNC precision control + high-rigidity support to achieve efficient heavy cutting.

III. Product features
1. Dual-spindle synchronous drive: The two spindles can rotate synchronously or independently, which is suitable for synchronous processing of both ends of long shafts, large diameters or heavy workpieces to improve efficiency.
2. High rigidity structure: adopt large-size casting bed, reinforced guide rails and heavy-duty spindle bearings to ensure stability and vibration resistance during strong cutting.
3. Large processing range: can process super-long and super-heavy workpieces (such as wind power spindles, large shafts, rollers, etc.), with a load-bearing capacity of tens of tons and a processing length of more than ten meters.
4. CNC linkage control: equipped with high-precision CNC system (such as Siemens, Fanuc), supporting dual-axis linkage, and realizing precision processing of complex surfaces, tapers, threads, etc.
